    The Original Rocket Cacao is sugar free and has cinnamon, while the Maple Sugar Rocket Cacao has maple sugar instead of cinnamon. Both have the same cacao, caffeine, and L-theanine content.

    Where is your cacao sourced from? What is the benefit of undutched cacao?

    Our cacao is sourced from a single farm in the mountains of Aguada, Puerto Rico and is undutched, meaning it isn't treated with the alkaline solution used in most commercial cacao processing. By keeping processing to a minimum, it retains higher levels of antioxidants, including flavanols and other beneficial polyphenols.

    Why is L-theanine in it? What does it do?

    L-theanine is an amino acid that promotes a calm, relaxed state without causing drowsiness. When combined with caffeine, it counterbalances caffeine's stimulating effects at a neurological level, tempering the jitteriness and anxiety while enhancing the focus and energy. Locked in, but calm.
